This man is full of it. He just tried to scam me out of money one month ago. He’s out here scamming people, lying, etc. and media outlets (Voyage Atl- http://voyageatl.com/interview/meet-navy-lanier-mobile-fuel-atlanta/) are singing his praises and glorifying him in media articles. The media and everyone else need to investigate this individual (Navy Lanier/Larry Lenard Lanier) before they start posting about his make believe life. It’s not fair that he’s out here scamming people out of their hard working earnings and fabricates his life to gain others’ attention/attract them to his business, so he can scan them as well. His wife is just as guilty as well. She’s no angel and is in on the scamming too.

CHERYL CARR-LANIER WAS ALSO ARRESTED IN HOUSTON TX in JUNE 27 2016 FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON. THE CHARGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTED MURDER. THE REASON I KNOW IS BECAUSE I AM THE VICTIM WHO, IF NOT FOR THE GRACE OF GOD, COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED, BY A BASEBALL ATTACK TO MY HEAD BY CHERYL CARR LANIER ON APRIL 25, 2017.
SO CHERYL CARR-LANIER MARRIED LARRY LANIER IN 2015 AND A FEW MONTHS LATER THEY MIVED TO HOUSTON TX IN JANUARY 2017. SHE NOT ONLY JOINED HER CON ARTIST HUSBAND IN HIS FRAUD CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES BUT WENT A GIANT STEP FORWARD AND TRIED TO TAKE ATTACK AND KILL ON APRIL 25,2016. SHE HAS A MUG SHOT TOO. HIS OFFICE AND BUSINESS, “MOBILE FUEL INC APPEARED TO BE LEGITAMATE AND HE SEEMED TO BE THE NICEST MAN ON EARTH. AFTER INTERVIEWING, HE ASKED IF I’D LIKE TO NOT BE JUST A RECEPTIONIST BUT BE HIS EXECUTIVE ADM. ASSISTANT, AND WAS OFFERED $80,0000 / YEAR FOR THIS POSITION. HE HIRED ME TO START ON MONDAY APRIL 25.
MY FIRST DAY WAS TO BE MONDAY APRIL 25. WHAT WAS MADE OUT TO BE AN UNBELIEVABLE GREAT OPPORTUNITY, TURNED OUT TO BE THE A HORRIFFIC, NIGHTMARE AND A CRIME THAT COULD HAVE POSTED AS A TOP STORY ON THE HOUSTON 5 PM NEWS.
MY CAR WASNT NOT WORKING, SO HE OFFERED AND CAME TO PICK ME UP FOR WORK . I LIVED A FEW MILES FROM THE GALLARIA OFFICE. WHEN WE PULLED UP IN THE GARAGE WHERE HE AND HIS WIFE, CHERYL CARR-LANIER HAS PERSONAL RESERVED PARKING SPACES, CHERYL CARR-LANIER, WHO HAD PHONED HER HUSBAND AS WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO THE OFFICE , TOLD HIM THAT SHE HAD BEENin a car accident and somebody had just hit her from behind., .
Thus was a LIE , CHERYL CARR-LANIER HAD ALREADY PARKED IN HER SPACE AND WAS WAITING TO AMBUSH AND ATTACK, WITH A BASEBALL BAT, WHOEVER SHE THOUGHT WAS WITH HER HUSBAND. LARRY PARKED, GOT OUT IMMEDIATELY, MY DOOR OPENED, I THOUGHT HE HAD COME TO OPEN MY DOOR, WHEN I TURNED TOWARD THE DOOR, DR CHERYL CARR-LANIER CAME AT ME WITH A BASEBALL BAT AIMED DIRECTLY TO MY HEAD. SHE WAS ABLE TO HIT ME SEVERAL TIMES. As she YELLED , ANGEREDLY, and VICIOUSLY SWUNG HER BAT TOWARDS MY HEAD.
THANKS BE TO JESUS AND THE GOOD LORD, I SURVIVED THIS DEADLY, VICIOUS ATTACK AND THAT I AM ALIVE TODAY.

I would be more than happy to assist. Cheryl was personally responsible for scamming me out of $20,000 under the guise of Mobile Fuel. I met with Larry/Navy in that same Galleria office you mentioned in April 2016 where he offered me a job with Mobile Fuel. He’s been at this a long time and it appears Cheryl is just as guilty.

This has been going on for over 20 years when I met him in Phoenix, Arizona under the name of Joseph Alexander Kennedy. He frauded myself and my family out of many many things including my freedom.
When I met him I was under the impression he was an employee of American Express in the international relations department. He had a badge, I dropped him off, even walked him to his desk on many occasions. He apparently created a fake pass card to gain entry and was I guess using AMEX computers to steal customers info to run up fake charges according to police reports I found years after the fact.
This man begged me to marry him and my Niave ass did so until I found out he had 4 other wives under fake names as well.
I only found this info out when the Feds busted in my home on the secluded Island of Skidiway in GA where he felt the need to isolate me away from my life and family.
This man is on another level of scam and has many famous affiliates he has drawn in to fall for his nonsense along with innocent women.
He poses as a Christian business man with great morals but in reality this person has some severe mental disorder to be continuing this same pattern.
I made contact with Cheryl last year to warn her about this man and she accused me of being a hater and that I needed to let him go. I proceeded to inform her I’m now happily married to a public figure that has no criminal background and I’m very happy in my life. She was dead set not to hear me out and take heed to my warnings.
But one thing I’m really concerned about is his children they are innocent and have to continuously go through this man choosing crime and random women over them. It’s really not fair.
I’m glad I was saved from this situation. I actually was held in custody for 9 months in Fulton County while they investigated this mans crimes and once they found out I had nothing to do with his crimes I was released with a bunch of apologies for I literally lived two years of my life in a complete lie and obviously under a rock while this man galavabted across the country scamming the innocent men and women of our country. It’s tons of victims and I don’t get how he keeps getting our.
The only answer I ca come up with us he is really ex CIA.

I was locked up for writing bad checks until I was able to get video of the girl posing as me draining my account. Once the judge and investigators got all the evidence I was released, charges dropped, and I returne to AZ in hopes to recover from nightmare and get my life back together.
My self, my kids and my family were deeply scarred from this incident. This man will make you believe anything.
I’m so upset he’s still on this same path..
He must be stopped.

I feel so sorry for you. He stoled my entire company funds and I got really depressed as he ruined all my plans. Now I can’t imagine the suffering and pain he made to you. I hope you have a wonderful life and can recover from this!

This man has scammed another family here just recently January to February 2018 we need to do something about him white-collar crimes may not last forever but he needs to be arrested I have sex in the office as a driver and watch this so many times not really knowing what was going on just took a family here in Atlanta for over $80,000 in a couple of vehicles
